Hiring personnel is useful for temp cover, projects and periods of peak activity. We handle the entire recruitment process, leaving our customers free to focus on their core business.
Oda Connect take full employer responsibility. We hold performance review interviews and personnel management. Candidates are employed by us, and we pay their wages and holiday pay, deduct tax, employer contributions, insurance and pension contributions.

About us
Oda Connect AS is a Norwegian recruitment company in Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag. The company's head office is in Sunndalsøra, with branches in Oppdal and Kristiansund.
We supply recruitment services to the private and public sectors. We offer two services: Hiring temp personnel and recruitment for permanent employment. We supply personnel within the industrial, construction, oil and gas, electricity and mechanical sectors, the health sector and other service industry sectors. We recruit personnel from Sweden, Iceland, Poland and Norway. We recruit personnel at all levels.
We have a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
Sectors
Oda Connect offers contract personnel and recruitment within most disciplines and sectors. We have defined certain areas in which our consultants and personnel have specialist skills and experience.
Construction
We supply personnel for all types of building projects. Our customers vary from large, national contractors to small local building companies.
Skills: Joiners, concrete workers, bricklayers, pipelayers and auxiliary personnel.
Oil and gas
Our customers in the oil and gas industry are primarily oil service companies. Our personnel perform offshore and land-based work within maintenance and modification.
Skills: NDT (levels 2 and 3), riggers, fire wardens, industrial mechanics, industrial pipelayers, sheet metal and welding.
Healthcare
Oda Connect supply healthcare personnel to the public and private health services. Our personnel speak Scandinavian languages, and are SAFH authorised.
Skills: Nurses, auxiliary nurses and dentists.
Electrical and mechanical
We have extensive experience from working within these sectors. Our customers are mechanical companies working within industry, electrical contractors and installation companies who need personnel within industry, service and installation.
Skills: Sheet metal workers, industrial mechanics, CNC operators, electrical fitters (DSB), switchboard builders, industrial pipelayers and auxiliary personnel.
